The Eaton-Young Piano Duo's
unusual combination of composer
and conductor has enabled a
remarkable relationship with CCO.
With David working as MD and
James taking charge of the
orchestral transcription, they are able
to reach a remarkable synthesis with the
singers without the need of a conductor.
Their transcriptions of complete orchestral
scores enable faithful performances of
these operas in intimate and accessible venues.
The have recently been Park Lane Young Artists and have given recitals at the Wigmore Hall and Purcell Room.

The Charles Court Opera Chamber Orchestra
CCOCO was formed in August 2008 to be used in larger venues, in line with CCO's develop. Conducted by David Eaton, it is comprised of 13 first class musicians from a variety of musical pathways. The orchestra has received high praise from audiences since its inception.
CCOCO can been seen (and heard) in CCO's events, including Iolanthe, at the International Gilbert and Sullivan Festival.
